Where the Wild Things Are
[FILM] First off, the music was great, and this film is GORGEOUS. I mean seriously beautiful. That said, the trouble in trying to make a children’s book into a feature is in adaptation, and I thought the story fell at the wayside in favor of creating the right visual world. Spike Jonze is great, but I was getting bored and eagerly awaiting the ending, which was pretty unfulfilling.
